The refunds
The CES does not offer refunds for the items purchased in their store, however, they do offer store credit for those with a legit reason for wanting to return the item. The general reasons we accept as legit and not legit are listed below:

Legit:
1) It was damaged when it arrived to me (only for delivered apparel).
- The CES would need to be notified within one week of you recieving the package.
2) The person I ordered the gift for did not like it and wants to exchange it (only for holiday apparel).
- The CES has a 30 day exchange policy on holiday shirts from the date of purchase. The shirts cannot be worn previously before returning them in order for them to be returnable.

The Ordering Codes
In order for the CES to recognize the item you are attempting to purchase from our inventory you must use the ordering code that you will find next to each shirt item. We want to be sure that we get you the item you wanted to order so we need you to write the ordering code as clearly and as accurate as you possibly can.

the Prices
School Apparel In Stock Price: $12.00
When a t-shirt you want to purchase is in stock with the CES and you're in Washington State this will be the price you have to pay for the shirt. If you buy more then one in stock shirt then the price is reduced by 67% making it $8.04 for every shirt after that.

School Apparel Out Of Stock Price: $18.00
When a t-shirt you want to purchase is out of stock with the CES and you're in Washington State this will be the price you have to pay for the shirt. There is no reduction percentage for purchasing multiple shirts unless they are all of the same type.

School Apparel Out Of Washington State Price: $22.00
Whether a t-shirt you want to purchase is out of stock or in stock with the CES and you're out of Washington State you will have to pay the given price due to shipping and handling. There is no reduction percentage for purchasing multiple shirts unless you are a member of FOS or an Established Officer for the CES.

Holiday Apparel In Stock Price:

If you purchase more then five in stock shirts from the holiday apparel section then your total will be reduced by 30% from the in stock total. The out of stock prices only kick in when the sell ends date comes into play. However if you make an exchange or return after the date of the sell ends the amount that is returned to you will reflect the amount you paid for the shirt and not the current amount.

Reserving Items
To reserve an item e-mail the order form to store@cesupport.co.cc and when you recieve a reply from the department then your items will be reserved for you to pick them up.

School Year
During the school year any of the apparel that you see as in stock can be purchased at the Chief Sealth interum site of Louisa Boren Junior High School. The CES' On Site Office is in room 152 in the far left corner near the window. During 2nd lunch there will be officers in the office to sell shirts and after school there will be officers in the office till 3:30 PM to sell apparel. You may schedule a time before school, during DEAR, on the weekends, or later in the day to purchase apparel by contacting them via phone at (206)-568-7644 or via e-mail at store@cesupport.co.cc.

Summer
During the summer the apparel can be purchased at the CES Administration Office. CES officers work throughout the week from Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM till 5:00 PM and On saturday from 1:00 PM till 8:00 PM. In order to purchase merchandise during the summer you must fill out an order form and e-mail it to the Merchandise Department they will schedule a time that best works witht heir schedule for you to pick up & pay for your items. If you're not sure what you want to purchase then schedule a time to stop by the Administration Office and see what they have in stock.
